shipping + returns
Purchased items will ship from Austin, Texas within 3-5 business days. We primarily ship via USPS. Your order will ship to the address provided upon checkout. You will receive an email notification containing tracking information, once your order has shipped.
Please note, Drifter Incense is not responsible for any lost or damaged products once they are released to USPS.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us and should any issues arise, please contact us.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain circumstances will warrant a shop credit or replacement, but only on a case by case basis. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Drifter Incense is not responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred with returns or exchanges and we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of any returned packages lost in transit, without proof of delivery.
